Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sharing" includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, even without monetary compensation.
What We Collect and May Share
Good news: We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Therefore, none of your browsing data is "shared" with external advertising networks.
We also do not sell any personal information you provide to us via our quote forms. The only personal information we collect (your name, email, and phone number) is used solely to respond to your custom sail quote request and is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information using any of the following methods:
Option 1 — Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Because our website does not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal is honored by default — there is no tracking to opt out of. Whether or not you have GPC enabled (supported in Firefox, Brave, and others), no browsing data is collected or shared from your visit.

After You Opt Out
Once you opt out:
- We will not knowingly share any personal information you have previously provided (name, email, phone) with any third party for advertising purposes.
- Your ability to request a sail quote, contact Gary Gleason, and use all features of our website is not affected. We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised this right.
Authorized Agents
A California resident may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on their behalf. The agent must provide written documentation of their authority (a signed permission letter or power of attorney). We may contact you directly to verify the agent's authorization.
